INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Pound Brussels Sprouts, Quartered
  • 1/2 Sweet Onion, Diced
  • 1 Teaspoon FlavorGod Garlic Lover's Seasoning
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt, To Taste
  • Black Pepper, To Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

With garlic being the headliner, it happily shares the spotlight with other completing flavors such as: Onion, basil, thyme and parsley. Always ground fresh and with a low amount of sea salt, Garlic Lovers will be your friend for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2 Add quartered Brussels sprouts and diced sweet onion to the skillet.
  3. 3 Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Brussels sprouts are tender and lightly browned.
  4. 4 Reduce heat to medium-low and sprinkle FlavorGod Garlic Lover's Seasoning and garlic powder over the Brussels sprouts mixture.
  5. 5 Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6 Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the Brussels sprouts and continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  7. 7 Turn off the heat and stir in balsamic glaze until evenly distributed.
  8. 8 Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts mixture and gently toss to combine.
  9. 9 Serve hot as a delicious and nutritious side dish. Enjoy!
