Garlic Shrimp Pasta with Pesto

INGREDIENTS
- 12 ounces dry pasta (fusilli)
- ½ - ¾ cup basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 pound medium to large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ tablespoon butter
- ½ tablespoon avocado oil
- 2 teaspoons FlavorGod Garlic Lovers seasoning
- ½ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Optional: chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the shrimp.
- 2 In a bowl, sprinkle the shrimp with the Garlic Lovers seasoning and toss to evenly coat.
- 3 In a large skillet, heat the butter and oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are just pink. Turn off the heat.
- 4 Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the shrimp. Add the pesto, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine everything.
- 5 Optional: Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese, if desired.
